How does the family onboarding process work?
Each family receives an email invitation. From there they create their account, sign the school's documents and open the app with their own profile, without visiting the office.
How do photos and updates reach families?
Staff upload the day's photos and updates from the app or the dashboard, and each family receives those of their own child in the app, with a push notification. Photos never travel through messaging groups.
What features does the mobile app offer?
Our mobile app allows families to receive instant notifications, view photos and updates of their children, digitally sign documents, and maintain all communication with the school from anywhere.
Is the Edena app secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access requires secure authentication.

How are billing and payments managed?
You set each student's fees and services once, and Edena issues the invoices every month with their Verifactu record. Families pay by SEPA direct debit, bank transfer or card, and unpaid bills stay in view with automatic reminders.

Yes, you can set up automatic billing cycles for recurring fees and additional services.
What payment methods does the platform accept?
